One of most successful events to date, We Care For You, then known as Noble Friends of Toronto with the assistance of several Toronto Mahamevnawa devotees were able to collect enough funds to provide medication, pharmacology text books and mosquito nets to the Cancer Hospital in Sri Lanka. In addition, a meal was provided to 900 patients who also participated in a pirith chanting Buddha Puja.
